👨 💻 About the role:

As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll work in a fast-paced agile environment, helping modernize and automate customer processes using the ServiceNow platform. From implementation and configuration to integration and support – your impact will be felt across departments and regions.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications: ITSM, CMDB, Change, Incident, etc.

• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems

• Troubleshoot, support, and upgrade the platform (Dev, QA, Prod)

• Create workflows, forms, scripts, reports, notifications

• Work with Agile team to implement and deliver customer requirements

• Mentor junior team members when needed

🎯 You’ll be great at this if you have:

• 1+ years of IT experience with JavaScript

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery

• English communication (written and verbal)

• A proactive mindset & hunger to learn

• ITOM, CSM, or ITBM modules

• Integration patterns & scripting

• ServiceNow best practices at scale
