Job Description

The IT support staff is responsible for assisting the IT Manager in daily IT support of users and ERP support (Odoo) to ensure the company’s IT systems operate smoothly and securely, provide timely technical support to internal users, and maintain continuity of IT operations across all departments.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• First-level support to end-users for computers, email, Office 365, printers, LAN/Wi-Fi network, and internet connectivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, printers, cameras, switches, and access points.
• Maintain logs of support activities, incidents, and resolutions.
• Manage IT assets: labeling, tracking usage, and maintaining warranty information.
• Assist the IT Manager in maintaining and monitoring servers, network systems, CCTV, Access control, IP Phone system, IoT, and ERP (Odoo).
• Support data backup and restoration processes; ensure information security and data protection.
• Follow and enforce IT policies, security guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Assist in updating documentation related to system configurations and support procedures.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored support solutions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.

Job Requirements

• College or University degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related field.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• At least 2 years in an IT support role.
• Experienced in system integration and cloud environments.
• Experienced in providing IT support in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with IT helpdesk management and support tools.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation (Odoo...)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Environment Management (M365 Portal).
• Cyber Security certification is an advantage.
• Understanding of patch management, antivirus, access controls, and compliance with IT policies.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
