Manage and consolidate all accounting activities of the restaurant, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Thực hiện và tổng hợp toàn bộ công tác kế toán của nhà hàng, đảm bảo chính xác và tuân thủ pháp luật.

Key Responsibilities | Nhiệm vụ chính

• Record daily accounting transactions; prepare financial & management reports.Hạch toán nghiệp vụ kế toán; lập báo cáo tài chính và báo cáo quản trị.
• Reconcile daily sales from POS; monitor costs and food & beverage cost.Đối chiếu doanh thu POS; kiểm soát chi phí và giá vốn.
• Prepare tax reports and work with tax authorities when required.Lập báo cáo thuế và làm việc với cơ quan thuế khi cần.
• Control inventory, stocktaking and maintain accounting documents.Kiểm soát kho, kiểm kê và lưu trữ chứng từ.

Job Requirements | Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance; minimum 2 years experience (F&B preferred).Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành kế toán/tài chính; ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán và Excel.
• Basic English communication skills.Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản.
• Honest, careful, responsible.Trung thực, cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm.
