Job Summary

Supports daily human resources operations including recruitment, training, timekeeping, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration. This role ensures that HR processes run efficiently and comply with company policies and Vietnamese labor regulations.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage time attendance, social insurance (SI), and employee social welfare procedures.
• Prepare or update labor-related documentation such as recruitment offers, internal transfers, promotions, and employment termination.
• Communicate and clarify HR policies, procedures, labor laws, and company standards to employees.
• Ensure the onboarding process and required documents for new employees are completed accurately.
• Inform candidates about job responsibilities, benefits, working schedules, work conditions, and career opportunities for each role.
• Handle the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidate profiles, and verifying references.
• Support ISO-related tasks and ensure HR documentation aligns with ISO standards.
• Issue internal notices related to company operations, events, and HR announcements.
• Organize company events and take care of office decorations during special occasions.
• Organize and facilitate orientation and training programs for new employees.
• Handle disciplinary actions for employees who violate company policies or internal rules.
• Ensure proper waste management for office-related activities in accordance with company and legal requirements.
• Comply with regulations on safety, fire prevention, and environmental protection during working hours.
• Ensure compliance with FSSC safety and environmental standards to support a safe workplace and sustainable operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (manufacturing environment is a plus).
• Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and HR practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with timekeeping/payroll systems is a plus.
• Good communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, proactiveness, and strong service mindset.
• Good English.
