Job Description

The Creative Designer will craft and execute visual ideas that represent Hustle Vietnam’s brand. This role combines creativity and strategy to produce impactful designs for campaigns, events, and digital platforms while ensuring a consistent and modern brand identity.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Develop and execute visual concepts for marketing campaigns, digital ads, and events.
• Design key visuals, social media assets, motion graphics, and branded merchandise.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Support event design needs (e.g., banners, LED screens, backdrops, invitations, motion loops).
• Maintain Hustle’s brand identity guidelines and elevate the visual storytelling standard.
• Work closely with external vendors (printers, production houses, photographers, etc.) to ensure final output meets brand quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation (experience in Fitness/Fashion/Education/etc. is an advantage).
• Strong writing, storytelling, and creative skills.
• Photography and video editing are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
