· Receive requests, assess the level of urgency, and match the appropriate psychological expert based on the client's needs and availability.
· Monitor the counseling progress, manage appointments, and resolve any inquiries or service complaints.
Clinical Operations Coordination
Collaborate with the clinic to coordinate and manage service operations at the clinic locations.
Monitor and evaluate service quality through ORS/SRS (Outcome Rating Scale / Session Rating Scale) and other feedback channels.
Engage in periodic clinical discussions with the Department Head, Clinical Advisor, and the team of psychologists.
Coordinate with internal doctors and doctors within the referral network to optimize comprehensive support for clients.
Internal Operations Coordination
Work closely with the HR, Accounting, Admin, IT, and Marketing departments to ensure seamless service operations.
Other Duties
Perform other tasks related to service operations as directed by the Department Head.
· Professional Ethics & Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to professional ethics and maintain absolute commitment to information confidentiality.
· Empathetic Communication: Possess strong communication skills, empathetic listening, and tactful problem-solving abilities.
· Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to a clinic environment that demands high flexibility and precision.
Requirement:
· Management Skills: Effective organizational, task prioritization, and time management skills.
· Technical Skills: Proficient in office software (MS Office); knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage.
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or other related fields.
· Proficient in English communication, with the ability to discuss professional mental health information in English.
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in medical environments, clinics, or mental health care settings).
