Job Summary

Manage activities to check and monitor all issues related to product quality. Ensure all required products quality. Develop and maintain the production/quality activities of the Site according to ISO systems.

Key Accountabilities

  • Implement & supervise employees to comply with the labor rules and regulations of the factory.
  • Instruct for implementation and control of process related to product quality.
  • Ensure that production materials are checked and that no quality problems affect production.
  • Ensure products are produced according to quality requirements.
  • Ensure that the QA’s equipment calibration plans are implemented on schedule.
  • Coordinate with other departments to handle unsuitable products, prepare preventive procedures according to unsuitable product handling procedures.
  • Manage FSSC22K quality system and ensure the application of quality control procedures according to FSSC22K standards. Supervise the implementation of 5S, GMP and food safety regulations.
  • Direct product testing according to frequency and requirements from other Departments.
  • Control and prevent any potential risk affecting the product quality.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to solve any incident arising related to the product’s qualities.
  • Organize the training course and train for the acknowledgment of quality for all employees on the Site.
  • Assess the abilities, work performance of supervisors, staff to propose for training and rewarding.
  • Statistics and report on monthly progress for management level.
  • Perform other tasks required by the Site Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSC safety and environmental standards to support a safe workplace and sustainable operations.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree (Science and chemical engineering background is more preferred).
  • FSSC training certificate (If any).
  • Able to understand document controlling process and ISO Procedures.
  • Able to understand about Food Safety.
  • More than 3 years’ experience in Quality Control and LAB monitoring.
  • Good knowledge of quality assurance standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • English communication.
  • Ms. Office.

  • Able to work under pressure.
