Job Description

Responsible for leading and executing integrated marketing strategies across platforms to ensure brand consistency and strong performance in reach, engagement, and conversion. Play a key role in elevating brand presence and driving business growth.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for FMS Vietnam & Vietnam PT HUB.
• Execute and oversee both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize digital content across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Website, Email, TikTok...
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors for promotions, events, PR, and collaborations.
• Generate compelling content and direct creative production with the design team.
• Analyze campaign performance, compile reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Lead market research initiatives and competitor benchmarking.
• Ensure unified brand messaging and visuals across all media.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
• Strong command of digital marketing, content creation, and social media tools.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Familiarity with video editing software and tools.
• Strategic mindset, leadership capability, and a results-driven attitude.
