We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Member Care Executive to drive membership sales, deliver exceptional client service, and support the daily operations of our boutique fitness studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer care, with excellent communication skills and a passion for health and wellness. This role is key to converting leads, nurturing member relationships, and contributing to a premium fitness experience. Roles & Responsibility

Sales & Conversion

  • Sell Memberships: Explain class packages, membership options, and pricing. Match offerings with customer goals and close sales confidently.

  • Facility Tours: Guide prospects through the gym, highlighting benefits of Reform, Ride, and Hybrid classes, amenities, and community vibe.

  • Up-selling & Cross-selling: Promote personal training, exclusive workshops, where relevant.

  • Lead Generation & Follow-up: Reach out to leads via phone, Zalo, email, FB and Insta. Track follow-ups with trial users or referral prospects.

  • Promote Campaigns: Actively market gym events, fitness challenges, and seasonal offers to both walk-ins and current members.

Customer Care & Retention

  • Front Desk Support: Greet members, check them in, and answer questions with a warm and professional attitude.

  • Member Consultation: Ask meaningful questions to understand fitness goals, recommend suitable class schedules, and suggest tailored packages.

  • Handle Inquiries: Provide timely and informative responses to all membership, class, or facility questions—online and offline.

  • Engage & Retain Members: Maintain regular contact with new joiners and high-potential members to build strong relationships and encourage renewals.

Sales Tracking & Admin

  • CRM Updates: Accurately log leads, interactions, conversions, and feedback.

  • Sales Reporting: Support weekly reporting of membership sales, conversion rates, and walk-in analysis.

  • Daily Task Support: Coordinate with instructors and operations team for a smooth class flow and customer experience

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a sales, customer service, or front office role (fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Vietnamese and English.

  • Customer-first mindset with a genuine interest in health & wellness.

  • Goal-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.

  • Comfortable using basic sales software or CRM systems.

  • Able to work full-time and open to working in shifts and on weekends (to be discussed further during the interview).
